The maker of network security appliances filed required documents with the Securities and Exchange Commission signaling its intentions to file for an initial public offering in hopes of raising $100 million. If it follows through, it would become Silicon Valley’s second Wall Street debut of 2009, following OpenTable’s successful IPO in spring.
