Denver cuts receiver

The Denver Broncos have waived fourth-year wide receiver Chad Jackson. The move was announced Monday. Jackson joined the Broncos as a free agent last October. He totaled eight kickoff returns for 162 yards and made a 19-yard catch in four regular-season games for Denver. Denver acquired Jackson after New England released him in August 2008.
