Struggling defensive back Frank Walker was one of eight players declared inactive by the Baltimore Ravens for Sunday’s game against the Denver Broncos. Walker was called for a pass interference penalty in the fourth quarter of Baltimore’s 17-14 loss to Cincinnati on Oct. 11 and gave up a 58-yard completion in the closing minutes of a 33-31 defeat at Minnesota a week later.
